The new SHOWCASE OF LEARNING AWARD is for films that are used to promote a school, a school activity, or demonstrate a use of filmmaking for a class other than a film class. This might be a club promotion video, a documentation about a school event or the school as a whole. It might be an engaging look at a science concept, a history project, etc.

Submission Guidelines: Running Time: High School: All films must be 5 minutes or less. Middle School: All films must be 4 minutes or less. Elementary School: All films must be 3 minutes or less. Any film that goes over the stated time limits will be immediately disqualified. Content: All films must be appropriate to the intended audience. We use the 2019 IB Film Guidelines for ethical film making as our guide for all of our submissions. See sidebar. Films that violate the guidelines are immediately disqualified. Deadline: March 6th 2023 at midnight. |
